Course overview If you have ever thought about working in a restaurant, café or hotel, why not join one of our hospitality and catering courses? At Nacro Education, you can learn all about preparing food and drink, serving customers and taking bookings. You will be able to try out recipes for yourself, practice making drinks and prepare yourself for a really enjoyable job. What will I learn? You will learn about many aspects of the catering and hospitality industry and gain valuable practical and teamwork skills. The qualification covers various routes, including cookery, food service and the industry as a whole. You will do at least two weeks of work experience to support your studies, gain experience and potentially develop contacts with future employers. Our team will help you secure a work placement and will provide you with everything required for you to attend your placement.
