This qualification is ideal for learners who want to develop an understanding of the essential skills required to work successfully in a business environment. Level 2 Skills for Business is a one-year study programme providing transferable skills, knowledge and understanding that can be applied in any business setting. The course is made up of 6 units including:- Business culture and responsibilities Produce documents in a business environment Communicate in a business environment Deliver customer service in a business environment Work with others in a business environment Respond to change in a business environment In addition, learners will develop their ICT skills through a programme of study at Level 2. Our study programme also includes the opportunity for you to develop your English and Maths skills as required. You may also be expected to attend GCSE classes as part of your study programme depending on your GCSE Maths result.
