Students acquire a range of production, design and research skills in preparation for future employment in the media industry, through direct experience. Assignments set within a vocational context through which students focus on developing relevant skills – photo manipulation and framing, film direction and production, media theory and analysis. Units cover: Unit 1-Media representation; Unit 4-Film pre-production; Unit 8-Responding to a commission and Unit 10-Film production.
What you need to get on
Grade 9-3 (A*-D) in five GCSEs including English and Mathematics. Plus, a minimum Grade 4 in English or Mathematics and related subjects.
