Have you completed your BSL Level 1 and would like to build on your knowledge? The British Sign Language Level 2 award is the ideal next step. This BSL course is here to help you develop your sign language communication skills so you can participate in longer, more varied conversations. Across 150 hours of guided and independent learning, you�ll develop your sign language skills to help you communicate effectively in a variety of contexts. Please also note, BSL Unit assessments are videoed and timed. This course is for 19 plus learners. If you are under 19, please contact the college for advice.Please note: If you are unemployed/in receipt of eligible benefits or in receipt of a low wage (less than �26,800 annual gross salary) you should be eligible to take this course for free. Please contact us for more information.To join this course, you will need to meet 'British Sign Language Competence Standards' that states you must have sufficient sight, manual dexterity, facial and body movements to produce and receive BSL.
