Aspire has 3 pathways, these are Independent Living, Further Skills and Supported Internship. All the learners on the Aspire programmes have Educational Health Care Plans (EHCP). The team use various SEND strategies in class to meet the young person's individual needs which could include social stories, talking mats, TEACCH approach or Makaton, and work in both pictorial and written formats.
