This exciting practical course is perfect for creative students who have a passion for design. It enables them to develop their understanding of varied skills and techniques required within different areas of the fashion industry. Through practical experience of design, production and fashion promotion, learners will spot future trends and develop designs that reflect commercial and contextual influences. They will learn to adapt and draft patterns, refining their use of complex manufacturing skills to turn their designs into reality. The qualification also allows learners to develop project planning and communication skills through vocational projects that refine their technical abilities, often working with industry experts.
