What the college says

The ability to take a good photograph is a wonderful skill. You will develop your camera skills using traditional 35mm and digital cameras; learning to process and print images and make use of Photoshop to manipulate and edit images. You will also be expected to explore and experiment with traditional techniques such as drawing and printmaking a photomontage. Research and writing about photographers from different times and places is a fundamental part of the course and this underpins the development of your ideas. Themes covered range from portraiture and identity to still life and landscape genres.
