This qualification offers progression for those who already have bookkeeping knowledge, either to gain employment in a bookkeeping role or to progress to further study. This qualification is suitable for those who have completed the AAT Certificate in Bookkeeping - Level 2 and may help those already working in a bookkeeping role to progress by offering them formal recognition of their skills.

What you need to get on

GCSE English Language and Maths grade A*-C/4-9 (or equivalent) AAT Certificate in Accounting - Level 2 or AAT Certificate in Bookkeeping - Level 2 - if you do not have one of these, you will be required to sit an initital assessment to ensure that you are working at a level to enable successful achievement of the course. This course is for learners aged 19+ only.

Two-year technical qualification with a 45-day industry placement. Equivalent to three A levels.
