What you need to get on
No minimum entry requirements although GCSEs at grade A* - C in English and Maths are recommended (grade 4 or above new GCSE grades). The level 1 award in Bookkeeping or Business Skills would also be an advantage prior to starting this course.
How you are assessed
Learning a trade with tools and equipment, often in a college workshop or salon.
What this level means
The GCSE-equivalent step, and the usual route into Level 3.
