This course offers an ideal stepping stone to become a qualified accountant technician and/or accountant.
What you need to get on
AAT Level 1 Award in Bookkeeping. A minimum of 5 GCSEs grades 9-3, including English and Maths or a Level 2 Functional Skills English and Maths qualification.
How you are assessed
Learning a trade with tools and equipment, often in a college workshop or salon.
What this level means
The GCSE-equivalent step, and the usual route into Level 3.
