Further maths is an extension of A Level Maths i that it builds and develops on the core principals of that A Level. It is a challenging course that looks to stretch the brightest mathematicians and encourages independent and critical thinking. Students on this course will need to develop excellent problem solving skills and have a good degree of perseverance. This course is assessed 100% through exams and is suitable for students looking to continue with Mathematics at degree level or study Engineering or Physics at Russel Group Universities.

Grade A* in GCSE Maths and a grade C in GCSE English Language.
