If you are passionate about taking photos and want to progress your skills further, you should study Photography. This A Level will give you the opportunity to explore and develop a visual language using the photographic process, as well as develop the technical skills required to succeed. The programme builds transferrable skills that are desirable to employers including research, critical analysis, creative problem solving and communicating effectively, all of which underpin the skills required for further study and are valued by businesses and organisations in a range of careers.

What you need to get on

For an A Level programme of study, we require students to have a range of at least five to seven GCSE passes at grade 5 or higher, including a minimum of a 4 in English and Mathematics, but students must also satisfy the minimum entry criteria for A Level Photography below.
