This specifcation is designed to be taken over two years. This is a linear qualification. In order to achieve the award, students must complete all assessments at the end of the course and in the same series. A-level exams and certification for this specification are available for the first time in May/June 2018 and then every May/June for the life of the specification.

What you need to get on

Beyond the minimum entry criteria for Level 3 learning of five A*-C GCSE grades including English, students will also be expected to achieve a minimum B Grade in GCSE Geography. Students who achieve a C grade may be accepted on an individual basis through discussion with the Subject Leader.

Academic subjects, mostly exams, three or four at once. The traditional route to university.
