“Geography will provide you with knowledge and transferable skills that will reward you personally and advance you professionally.” Dr Rita Gardner, Director of the RGS. Our Geography A Level course will not only provide you with an awareness, knowledge and understanding of a variety of aspects of the world around us but it will also inspire and challenge you. You will study topics including: the formation of different physical environments; the causes and impacts of volcanoes and earthquakes; global migration; human rights; changing spaces, making places. Students will complete a debates topic about the future of food and hazards. You will develop a wide range of intellectual, practical and social skills. There will be opportunities for field trips.
