This course is perfect if you love travel, have a passion for tourism, and would like to combine the two.
What you need to get on
You’ll need either: 4 GCSEs at grades 9-4 (A*–C), including English Language and Maths – one of English Language or Maths must be grade 9–4 (A*–C). Functional Skills Level 2 can be used as equivalent to GCSE grade 4 (C) or above. OR Level 1 Introduction to Hospitality and Tourism qualification.
How you are assessed
One subject in depth, assessed largely through coursework and projects.
What this level means
The GCSE-equivalent step, and the usual route into Level 3.
