This programme has been specially designed for students in transition between full-time specialist provision and supported work and living. Students progressing from special schools/specialist provision at Entry Level 1 and Entry Level 2 are provided with a range of opportunities to gain Entry Level qualifications in employability skills and vocational experience in all or some of the following areas: Assisting in the Arts Workshop Enterprise Activities
What you need to get on
There are no formal entry requirements but students will, where practical, be expected to build on previous skills.
How you are assessed
Entry level and Level 1 study, English and maths retakes, and supported programmes.
What this level means
A supported starting point if exams have not gone well yet.
Is it open to 16 to 18 year olds?
Not on the Section 96 list, but a school or college runs it full time, so check the age range with them.
