What the college says

This course is designed for learners with an Education Health and Care Plan who aspire to work in the future. It aims to enhance self-confidence employability skills and provide valuable work experience before transitioning to our Supported Internship programme.

What you need to get on

No formal entry requirements however all students are required to have an Education Health & Care Plan that is supported by their Local Authority and places on any course are subject to the LA agreeing to fund placement.

How you are assessed

Entry level and Level 1 study, English and maths retakes, and supported programmes.

What this level means

A supported starting point if exams have not gone well yet.

Is it open to 16 to 18 year olds?

Not on the Section 96 list, but a school or college runs it full time, so check the age range with them.
