Three dimensional design is a specialist art and design endorsement which allows you to explore a range of art, craft and design practices to meet a specific need with sensitivity to both function and aesthetics. You will use the fantastic facilities available within the Technology Department to realise the full potential of their ideas and designs through the application of appropriate technical processes.

What you need to get on

To take 3 A Levels at Allerton Grange you are required to have a minimum of 5 GCSE subjects at grade 4 and above. Three Dimensional Design specific requirements are English Language grade 4 or above, Maths grade 4 or above and a grade 5 or above in either Fine Art, 3D Design or Photography. Portfolio submissions from students who have not completed this subject at GCSE will be considered at the discretion of the subject teachers.
