Supporting My Teen with Wellbeing 1 x 2 hour session This course is for parents and carers who want to support their 12+ year old with their mental wellbeing. This course looks at what happens to the brain through adolescence and the impact that has on behaviour and social development. It uses Positive Psychology approaches to identify the role that adults can play in supporting their teenager’s well-being and some techniques that they can share with their teens to use independently. This is an online or face-to-face course where you’ll learn together and take part in practical group activities, all in a relaxed and friendly environment.
