Supporting My Teen with Anxiety 1 x 2 hour session This course is for parents and carers who want to support their 12+ year old to navigate anxiety. We will look at how the teenage brain makes it more susceptible to anxiety. It considers what anxiety looks like and the stressors that teenagers face. We will discuss strategies to support teens to manage stressful situations and keep anxiety in check and find out where to go for further help, advice, and support. This is an online or face-to-face course where you’ll learn together and take part in practical group activities, all in a relaxed and friendly environment.
