Get Set! for Supported Internships. In partnership with Asda, our new supported internship provision is for any young person with an Education, Health and Care Plan (ECHP). We have designed this programme to give you the opportunity to gain real-world work experience and help you achieve the marketable job skills employers are actively seeking. We’ll also help you to grow your confidence and independence, through our dedicated mentors who will be there to support and guide you. What you can expect Through our supported internships, you will gain valuable work experience in a range of different roles in Asda, exploring what you like and learning new skills. Our programme is crafted to give you a wide range of experiences and knowledge to help you to develop your CV and start your career in business and retail. We have designed this course for those who: Have an interest in working in business and retail Have a current Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) Aged between 18-24 years old ready to leave education Have the desire to pursue and achieve paid employment Be able to travel independently or be open to learning independent travel skills
