The Rock School course is designed for students who wish to develop skills in music performance and learn about the music industry. Successful completion of this course will allow you to continue your music studies at university and will help open doors to exciting work experience placements. One of our former students has even gone on to release his own original material on iTunes whilst studying at university.

What you need to get on

BTEC Level 2 Music – Merit OR equivalent GCSE grade Should you not meet the entry requirements, or not studied music in Year 10 or 11, you may audition to secure a place on this qualification. It is essential that the pupil can play a musical instrument
