What the college says

This dynamic and industry-relevant course is designed for students who are passionate about music and eager to develop their creative and technical abilities. Through practical, hands-on learning, students explore key areas such as performance, composition, production, and the wider music industry. The course encourages individual expression, collaboration, and a deeper understanding of music in a contemporary context. RSL courses allow students to demonstrate their knowledge and understanding in a variety of ways. Practical experiments, presentations, performance and written coursework are all used as evidence and determine the final grade. This enables practical, interesting and varied learning and our students often excel. RSL qualifications also provide the opportunity to develop a wide range of transferable skills including time management, organisation, research, presentation skills and working with others.
