What the college says

You need a minimum of GCSE Music at 6 or above. However, you may be able to gain entry to the course if you have GCSE 5 or above but you must also then take part in a performance audition in your first week at DGSB with the Director of Music. This will help us to work out if the course is the right choice for you. You must have good time management and independent study skills to be ready to meet the deadline demands of the course. You must have a keen interest music, be a regular performer and have a good range of performance skills.
