If you are passionate about sport, physical activity, health or fitness then this is the subject for you. We offer a broad range of courses encompassing areas of study from sport science, psychology and social issues, to sports coaching, leadership and fitness. Students who do not meet the entry for an advanced programme can elect to study Sport at Level 2, this qualification comprises part of the Foundation Level study programme and includes study of a range of topics from health and fitness, sports leadership, fitness training and practical sport. This course runs for one year and works as a pathway onto a Level 3 programme. Students can re-sit their Maths, if necessary, alongside this programme.
