This exciting A-Level in Spanish builds students’ understanding of Spanish vocabulary, grammar and wider culture in order to develop their linguistic confidence. Units studied encompass social issues and trends, politics, and Hispanic culture. Students study Hispanic literature and films alongside an individual research project encompassing students’ own areas of interest within Hispanic culture.
What you need to get on
2 Year Course- Normally 5 GCSE grades 9 – 4, including Maths and English minimum Grade 4 and Spanish at Grade 5.
How you are assessed
Academic subjects, mostly exams, three or four at once. The traditional route to university.
