Sociology
at The Ellen Wilkinson School For Girls, London · school or sixth form
What the college says
Sociology students should have an interest in the world around them, enjoy reading the newspaper and discussing topical issues. It also helps to be open to new ideas and to be able to make judgements based on evidence rather than your feelings. A large proportion of the work is essay writing and therefore good written communication is needed.
