What you need to get on

GCSEs at grade 9-4 or A*-C for English, Maths and Science plus one other academic subject at grade 3/D or above. Or a relevant Level 1 qualification and BKSB test result at level 1. A keen interest in horticulture is crucial

How you are assessed

Learning a trade with tools and equipment, often in a college workshop or salon.
