This is a Reiki group meditation and healing session enhanced with the gentle energy of crystals. The session is combined with a mindful discussion on how to use crystals to support healing, amplify intention, and channel Reiki energy. It offers a sacred space to experience the harmony between Reiki and crystal energy, supporting balance, inner awareness, and holistic wellbeing.

What you need to get on

Please bring your own blanket, as the body may feel cooler during deep relaxation and energy work. You may also bring a small pillow to support your back, as the session will take place on a mat. Please bring a crystal of your choice � ideally clear quartz � to receive and carry the Reiki energy. No prior experience of Reiki, meditation, or crystal healing is required.
