What the college says
The Level 3 Certificate in Higher Sports Leadership is a nationally recognised qualification that enables successful learners to lead unsupervised groups of people in sport and recreational activities. This qualification builds upon the skills and experience gained through the Level 2 Award in Community Sports Leadership. The qualification teaches generic leadership and life skills such as organisation, planning, communication and teamwork through the medium of sport. It is a fun and practical qualification, with no entrance requirements or final examinations to sit.
What you need to get on
Candidates should have completed the Community Sports Leaders Award. Studying BTEC Sport is an advantage although is not essential.

Short courses, awards and certificates that do not fit the main routes.
