This course is for learners who would like to study towards a Maths Functional Skills qualification at Level 1 or Level 2, in the near future. This course does not lead to a qualification directly but builds your confidence to undertake a qualification in the near future.

What you need to get on

You must be aged 19 or over by 31st august 2026. Enrolment is subject to GLA funding eligibility being confirmed in respect of residency, income and prior attainment and a skills check.

How you are assessed

Entry level and Level 1 study, English and maths retakes, and supported programmes.
