If you wish to learn the basics and move towards a qualification as a plumber then this course is for you. The course offers skills and knowledge in a wide range of plumbing and heating engineering aspects.

What you need to get on

Selection is by interview. You must have a positive attitude and a willingness to work hard. Applications from mature students are welcome. You will need to attend an assessment day,plus a minimum of 4 GCSEs at grades A*to D including English, maths and science or equivalent.

How you are assessed

Learning a trade with tools and equipment, often in a college workshop or salon.
