What will I learn on this course? You will gain an in-depth understanding of the human body and the impact that sport or physical activity can have, both physiologically and psychologically.Nutrition, training and technological advances in sport will also be analysed to assess their impact on overall performance. These are just some of the examples of topics that will be covered in preparation for the examined module of the course (70%). 30% is assessed through practical application.
