Physical Education A Level is made up of 5 components - Physiological factors affecting performance, Psychological factors affecting performance, Socio-cultural issues in physical activity, plus practical sport and Performance followed by an spoken EAPI in physical education. The subject is taught through presentations, investigations, research group tasks, video analysis and practical lessons.

What you need to get on

Grade 5-9 in Maths and English plus three other GCSE subjects at grade 5 or above AND Grade 6 in a Triple Science subject or at least a 6 6 in Combined Science. 6 in GCSE PE if taken

Academic subjects, mostly exams, three or four at once. The traditional route to university.
