What the college says

Students will complete a range of mini projects allowing them to explore different media, processes and techniques. This will include researching and responding to the work of other artists before experimenting and refining their own work to produce a final outcome. After Christmas students will also have the opportunity to complete an examination question from a previous paper working towards each of the four assessment criteria by producing a portfolio of practical and written work. Although students will receive an end of year grade, this does not contribute towards their final A level grade.
