This course is ideal if you have an interest in acting, the performing arts industry and would like to pursue an education and eventually a career in this industry. The delivery is vocationally lead through a series of performance projects. You will specialise in various acting projects and become a member of Nu.Dynamic Theatre Company. Skills and knowledge will be developed through a focus on the acting industry. The course also aims to develop wider skills to enable you to progress on to a level 3 study programme in acting.
What you need to get on
A Level 1 qualification or GCSEs x 2 at grade 3/D in MATHS or ENGLISH You will be asked to evidence your ability in this subject in the form of an audition Successful attendance at interview event
How you are assessed
Learning a trade with tools and equipment, often in a college workshop or salon.
What this level means
The GCSE-equivalent step, and the usual route into Level 3.
