Business is a course that helps students better understand the world of business. You will learn how businesses are run, the problems that they experience and how these problems can be reduced.
What you need to get on
The minimum entry requirements for students are the best 8 GCSE grades, totalling 38 or higher. For example, two Grade 6s, two Grade 5s, and four Grade 4s. In addition, students also need to have secured a Grade 5 GCSE in Mathematics and English and a Grade 5 in GCSE Business Studies (if taken at GCSE level) or a Level 2 Distinction in BTEC Enterprise. Studying Business Studies at GCSE is not required to gain entry on the course.
How you are assessed
Academic subjects, mostly exams, three or four at once. The traditional route to university.
