What the college says
Transition BTEC Level 2 First Certificate in Construction and the built environment is a vocational (work related) course involving practical and theory based work. You will learn by completing projects and assignments that are based on realistic workplace situations, activities and demands. As well as learning about the employment area you are interested in, you will develop the skills you need to start and/or further develop your education and career.
What you need to get on
A minimum of three GCSEs including English, Maths and Science, and at least a grade 3 and above in either English or Maths. All students will sit an initial assessment.
