This course is aimed at learners who have an inclusion need. It focuses on preparation for adulthood and developing skills working in hospitality and catering. You will continue to study English and maths, will take part in a tutorial and will develop your skills preparing food in our on-site kitchen annexe. There is the opportunity to complete a work experience placement in our community café. This will lead to an OCR qualification in Food Hygiene.

It is expected that learners will want to continue studying and developing their skills in English and maths while taking a pathway towards hospitality and catering.Places are allocated on an individual basis, following an interview and initial assessment.

Entry level and Level 1 study, English and maths retakes, and supported programmes.
