What the college says

On Track to Work is an education programme for 16-18 year olds wishing to prepare for next steps into further study or work. It could be for you if you are not at college and don't yet have 5 GCSEs at level 4+. You will need to be able to attend at least 3 days per week. Asphaleia is a unique training provider with a big emphasis on supporting young people to achieve their potential in a safe and supportive environment. We have a dedicated training centre in central Worthing. On Track to Work has been graded GOOD by Ofsted. This course is for you if you want to gain recognised qualifications in English, maths and employability, as well as careers guidance and workplace experience. You will develop essential skills for employment, including confidence building, problem-solving, collaboration and communication.
