In year 13 students progress with their studies by completing two further units in order to achieve the full 1 A Level equivalent qualification – the Level 3 Cambridge Technical Extended Certificate in Business (360 guided learning hours). Year 12 Units Unit 1: The Business Environment - Externally Assessed Exam (120 GLH). Unit 2: Working in Business - Externally Assessed Exam (60 GLH). Unit 4: Customers and Communication - Internally Assessed Coursework (60GLH). Year 13 Units Unit 8: Introduction to Human Resources - Internally Assessed Coursework (60 GLH). Unit 17: Responsible Business Practices - Internally Assessed Coursework (60 GLH).
