What the college says
A-level Further Mathematics provides a great opportunity for enthusiastic and capable mathematicians to broaden and deepen their subject knowledge. Students will be introduced to interesting new areas of pure mathematics such as complex numbers and will start to see real beauty in mathematics and be able to apply it to a range of real-world problems.
What you need to get on
5 GCSEs or equivalent, grade 9 - 4, including Maths and English Language (a grade 7 or above is required in GCSE Maths). Students studying this subject must also study A-level Mathematics.

Academic subjects, mostly exams, three or four at once. The traditional route to university.
