Candidates wishing to demonstrate broad understanding of various engineering practices and to provide an entry way into several different engineering roles. The qualification is applicable to a wide variety of engineering occupations such as machining, welding, maintenance and CAD, dependent on the pathway chosen.

What you need to get on

The candidate must be in a role within the workplace that will support the qualification requirements and must have the potential to achieve the assessment criteria set out in the units.
