What the college says

You will develop the technical skills to create, produce and promote music and you will gain an understanding of roles within the music industry.

What you need to get on

Four GCSEs at grade 3 including English or maths. You will also be required to attend an interview where you should be able to demonstrate that you have an interest in music or music production.

How you are assessed

Learning a trade with tools and equipment, often in a college workshop or salon.

What this level means

The GCSE-equivalent step, and the usual route into Level 3.
