This study programme focuses on the basic knowledge and practical skills required to start your journey to becoming a fully qualified technician in the motor vehicle industry. You will learn how engines, steering systems, suspension components and brakes work whilst also looking at wheels and tyres, exhaust systems, vehicle transmissions and hybrid/electric vehicles.

GCSE's at grade 2 or above in English and maths.
How you are assessed
Entry level and Level 1 study, English and maths retakes, and supported programmes.
