This is an exciting and creative course, which explores some of the most important issues of our time. We consume media products every time we switch on the TV, listen to the radio, go to the cinema or log on to a computer. We are surrounded by posters when we walk down the street or hooked by headlines as we stroll into the supermarket. The mass media have an enormous amount of power and influence in our lives.
What you need to get on
Five GCSE subjects at Grade 5 or above including Mathematics, and Grade 6 in English.
How you are assessed
Academic subjects, mostly exams, three or four at once. The traditional route to university.
