What the college says
The aim of this course is to enable students to investigate the media by applying media concepts to a range of media products in order to reach an understanding of how meanings and responses are created. Students are encouraged to investigate the contemporary media landscape and the changing contexts within which media texts are produced and consumed as well as create their own products and explore theories.

Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade 4 and above (or equivalent).
How you are assessed
Academic subjects, mostly exams, three or four at once. The traditional route to university.
