What the college says
This is a demanding course designed specifically for students that want to do both A-Level Maths and A-Level Further Maths. Students will come out with two A-Levels for this. This course is only recommended for those students with a real interest in and aptitude for the subject. This course will equip students with skills such as logistical analysis and deduction, data handling, Mathematical modelling and problem solving, all of which can be applied in almost any field of work.
What you need to get on
GCSE grade 8 or above in Maths plus 6 or above in GCSE Science
How you are assessed
Academic subjects, mostly exams, three or four at once. The traditional route to university.
