Further Mathematics is a subject for those who have an aptitude in Mathematics at Advanced level. Those who intend to study Mathematics at university would find it particularly beneficial. FP1 contains work on Complex Numbers and Series, FP2 involves further Complex Numbers and Differential Equations, FP3 contains Hyperbolic functions and further differentiation and integration, M2 contains work on Centres of Mass and further Kinematics, S2 Poisson distribution, Binomial distribution and Hypothesis Testing.
