Further Maths AS students study a combination of three modules, including Decision Maths 1, Further Maths 1, Statistics 1 or Mechanics 1. Decision 1: Algorithms, Graphs and Networks, Linear Programming, Critical Path Analysis. Further Pure 1: Complex numbers, Matrix Algebra, Series, Proof by Induction. Further Maths A Level students study a combination of three modules, including Decision Maths 2 (D2), Further Maths 2 (FP2), Statistics 2 or Mechanics 2. Decision 2: Transportation, Allocation, Linear programming, Salesman problem, Game theory, Network flows and Dynamic programming. Further Pure 2: Complex numbers, Differential equations, Series and Polar coordinates.

What you need to get on

4.6 APS 5 in GCSE Geography or 5 in English Language if you haven't previously taken the subject 4 in GCSE English Language 8+ in GCSE Maths and above 90% in an internal entrance exam.
